Maintenance

Yes.  We have a highly skilled maintenance team. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.

You are encouraged to submit an online work order through our Resident Portal at any time. During office hours, you can stop by or call the office.

Our maintenance team will take care of work orders on a first come, first served basis. Work orders are generally completed within 24-48 hours. Emergencies will always be a priority.

No. You can leave detailed instructions in the "Access notes" section of your online work order or when you inform our office staff. Examples include: call first, pet is secured in the bathroom is locked, etc.

We do not service after hours lock outs. You can use the smart home app to help troubleshoot the issue with your lock. Our smart locks will warn you by blinking red when running low on battery. Make sure you enter an online work order for our maintenance team when this happens and we will be happy to switch them out for you.

You are allowed to decorate your new home. However, all modifications to the apartment will be charged at time of move out if not restored to the original condition.

EMERGENCIES: No electricity throughout the apartment; No water throughout the apartment; No heating or air conditioning in severe weather conditions (Heat when temperature is below 45 degrees F. or less outside and an interior unit temperature of 65 degrees F. or below) (Air Conditioning when Exterior temp is over 85 degrees and unit interior will not cool below 80 degrees.); Refrigerator not cooling; Water coming into an apartment; The possibility of fire from electrical sparks; Toilet is not working in an apartment with only one bathroom; Situations where the resident’s safety is jeopardized (e.g., the apartment has been broken into and the looks or windows are damaged or there is standing ice in parking area, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs.); Access gate not operating correctly

At SevenO2 Main in Salt Lake City, UT, after-hours maintenance emergencies are urgent issues that may affect resident safety, essential services, or cause damage to the apartment community. Examples may include:

  • No electricity throughout the apartment
  • No water throughout the apartment
  • No heat during severe cold weather, generally when the outside temperature is below 45°F and the interior apartment temperature is 65°F or below
  • No air conditioning during extreme heat, where applicable, generally when the exterior temperature is above 85°F and the apartment will not cool below 80°F
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Water entering the apartment or active flooding
  • Electrical sparks or a potential fire hazard
  • A non-working toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Situations where resident safety is at risk, such as a break-in with damaged locks or windows
  • Standing ice in parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs

For non-urgent maintenance requests, residents should submit a work order through the online resident portal or contact the leasing office during regular business hours.

The courtyard is open 24/7. The clubhouse and amenity deck, those hours are 7-days a week, 10am-10pm.

Although parking will be limited, we do offer assigned parking spaces. All parking is in our controlled access garage

All apartments include a washer and dryer

Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We use Pet Screening services for pet approval.

Fees will be determined after the Pet Screening process has been completed.

We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Akita, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix and Rottweiler. Others may be added.

Our community does not have a dog park. However, Pioneer dog park is only 1.3 miles away!

Our stainless appliances set include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave and/or vent hood.

All 1st floor apartments have direct access to the trash room. Apartments on floors 2-5 will have access to the trash chutes located by the SW stairwell corridor.

Moving boxes can be disposed of in the 1st floor trash room only.

Pest control can be scheduled by entering a work order.

We are equipped with 2 full size Amazon Hub Lockers. The onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents.

Our Health and Wellness Center is open 24/7 with access control.

Our Health and Wellness Center has everything you need to stay in shape! We have a private hydromassage station, free weights, cardio, cycling, and a Yoga Studio.

We do not allow private events in our public spaces.

No. There is not a cost for guided tours during office hours.

We accept walk-ins, but we prioritize prospects who book an appointment.

Our office is open 6 days a week and we have an open door policy. You can come meet our team at any time.

No, Utilities are not included in your rent amount and will be billed back based on usage

At the time of move in you will be required to provide proof of an active electric account. The property uses a 3rd party utility company who will charge you for water, sewer, and trash based on usage.

The property has been wired for high speed internet. Fees for internet are included in our media package.

Occasional overnight guests are welcome. However, we do not allow guest to stay longer than 7 total nights per month.

No. A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.

No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.

Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying two (2) month's rent as termination fee.
