A Park City, Utah native, Brooke has been in property management since 2016 and brings a genuine love for her work to the team. She is a licensed real estate professional and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association, and a Rising Star award recipient in 2022 and Property Manager of the Year in 2023. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her family and two dogs, getting lost in a good book, or indulging her deep passion for mid-century modern aesthetics, architecture, and design. And when she's not doing any of that, she's probably logging serious gaming hours on her PC. Yes, really. -

Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Derek headed straight from graduation into the U.S. Navy, where he completed two overseas deployments during Desert Storm. With an HVAC background spanning over 30 years, experience in facilities management, and both a BS in Business and an MBA to his name, he brings serious technical depth and a lifelong love of learning to the team. He and the love of his life have been married for 33 years, and together they've built a family of four children and seven grandchildren. Having called Utah home since 2015, Derek is as much a part of this community as anyone.
